Our Return Policy

PHONE CASES

 We have a 30-day return policy on all phone cases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.   

 To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

To start a return:

Take pictures of the damaged item, and the packaging it came in. We recommend you take several pictures showing the full item as well as the damaged area.  Email the pictures, along with a scan of your receipt to returns@decdonkey.com.  Please include your name, phone number and email so we can contact you.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with instructions.

CANVAS/ARTWORK

All our canvas/artwork products are made to order.  This means we do not carry orders in stock, and we cannot offer any sort of 'buyer remorse" return for color. size, etc...

Canvas/Artwork from Deco Donkey are only accepted for manufacture defect or damage.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
